Commissions Terms of Service!
I currently use GBP (British Pound Sterling) and take payment with PayPal only.
SFW only please. :) Pin-up poses , adult humour and cartoon things are okay, though I consider everything case-by-case.
You are paying for a custom digital artwork and so will not receive any physical goods. Digital files will be sent upon completion.
I retain the rights to all work including the right to showcase and sell the art. The client may not use the artwork for any profitable purpose. Art may be used for all non-profit personal use.
If you would like full rights to the artwork including the right to sell copies, then you can message me and we can discuss. An additional fee is required for full ownership and usage rights.
Refunds will not be accepted, unless at my own discretion, such as if I cannot complete the work.
I do not accept commissions for characters not owned by the client and this can include trademarked characters. I highly prefer to work with characters you own or with the permission of the person who owns the character.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason, including discomfort with the request or discomfort with the conduct of the client.
I cannot guarantee any deadlines! If you would like your art to be finished before a deadline, please tell me up front and try to allow at least one month or more, depending on the type of work!
I am always happy to make edits and changes within reason, so don't be afraid to ask. I may however charge an additional fee for any very large and time-consuming edits or redos at any stage of the commission, or if too much time is being spent on repeat edits. Please be as concise and detailed as possible with your request if you have very particular preferences! If it isn't working out and you wish to cancel, I reserve the right to only offer a partial refund for the time spent on the work.
Let me know you have read and understood my TOS by telling me your favourite food in the order form when asked. :)
Upon paying the invoice you accept that you have read and agree to these terms.
Commission Process
I open commissions via public post on Twitter, so if there is none pinned to my profile then they are currently closed. I don't currently keep a waiting list as I am working on ongoing comic pages for Sweet Leaves which means the waiting list would be too long and slow for now. I am still taking 1-2 commissions on the side most months so keep an eye on my social media if you are interested!
The form to order a commission is at the bottom of this page! I plan on keeping it open for a few days before accepting and invoicing commissions.
If there is a lot of interest then I will choose commissions that I feel most able to complete before my deadline. I will contact you if your commission is chosen and will send an invoice via PayPal.
I like to use Trello to stay organised and keep everyone updated without having to send a lot of messages. I will still contact you directly to send a sketch WIP and any feedback but will post any further WIPs of your commission on Trello. You can still contact me for any edits you see along the way!
If you would like your commission kept private let me know in advance!
Commission Options
Icon - £50 GBP
Square drawing of your character with clean outlines and full shading! You will receive a 1500px image file unless otherwise requested.
Bust Sketch - £20 GBP
Price per character. + £10 for colour. A sketch of your character's head and shoulders only. I will try and make it as clean as I can but please expect loose lines and the imperfections of a rough drawing. You will receive an approx. 1500px image file. No WIP will be given, so please be detailed with your request if you have a particular idea in mind!
Inked + Flat colour Full Body - £65 GBP
+£50 per additional character. Clean lines and flat colours, plain or very simple background! You will receive an approx. 3000px image file (but if you need a particular size just let me know!).
Inked + Shading Full Body - £85 GBP
+£75 per additional character. Clean lines and full colour with shading! As above, you will receieve an approx. 3000px image file unless otherwise requested.
Inked + Shading Bust - £50 GBP
Price per character. Same as icons but without the square format. You will receive a approx. 1500px image file unless otherwise requested!
+ £15 GBP for Convention badge version, with simple cut-out background and lettering. This will be a digital file only as I cannot print and ship physical badges!
Painted Portrait - £100 GBP
Price per character. A bust of your character with detailed colouring and shading. Background is simple colour gradients, you can request a scene or time of day or mood. No inks! You will receive a approx. 3000px image unless otherwise requested.
Painted Full Body - £140 GBP
+£120 per additional character. A full body digital painting your character with detailed colouring and shading. Background is simple colour gradients, you can request a scene or time of day or mood. I am not taking on full painted backgrounds at this time. You will receive a approx. 6000px image (my system can't handle much bigger :) ).
